Dimensional Tactile Print Coatings
As an Art Director & Designer at MeadWestvaco, I was tasked to take new, innovative packaging concepts created by the in-house designers and bring them to life with branding and graphics to help illustrate both purpose and functionality. In some cases I was able to create new artwork for the brands we partnered with.
In order to provide the marketing and sales teams with the highest quality packaging samples for client presentations, I brought in state-of-the-art printing equipment for our in-house design department to use. Special wide format printers provided the team outputs on par with high-quantity production printers. These printers are capable of creating packaging samples with what one would find on the store shelf. Capable of outputting special tactile coatings on various substrates is a huge plus.
