Package Artwork Design and Development
As an Art Director & Designer at MeadWestvaco, I was tasked to take new, innovative packaging concepts created by the in-house designers and bring them to life with branding and graphics to help illustrate both the purpose and functionality. In some cases I was able to create new graphics for the brands we partnered with.
This project had requested new concepts for Minute Maid's juice boxes and a basket idea was brought to life. This is mostly an enclosed paperboard carton with the tear away opening along the basket in the artwork. Once the graphics are locked in, I created functional comps or prototypes to help aid the development and client presentations.
